1. Our 30-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery, based on carrier tracking.

If you think you may need a return, we recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can assist you quickly.


2. Return Eligibility (Simple & Fair)

To keep things smooth and fair for everyone, returns must meet the following guidelines:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging to protect it during shipping

  • Your order number or confirmation email is included

  • The return request is submitted and approved in advance, so we can provide proper instructions

Because PillowFlow™ is a personal comfort product, we’re only able to accept returns on items that haven’t been used. This helps us maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards for all customers.


3. How to Start a Return

Starting a return is easy.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A short explanation of why you’d like to return the item

If your return is approved, we’ll email you clear, step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

Once your return is approved:

  • We’ll provide guidance on return shipping

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable

  • Please follow the provided instructions carefully to avoid delays


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your PillowFlow™ arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pillowflow.com and include:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


6. Items That Can’t Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Promotional bundles

  • Personalized, limited, or prototype products


7. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.

If your return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order for a different version or color once the return process is complete.


8. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your approved return:

  • We’ll notify you once your refund is approved

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, feel free to contact us.


9. Fair Use
